Orders & delivery
  • It depends on where you are. Orders within Spain and the Netherlands usually arrive within a few business days. For the rest of Europe, it typically takes up to a week — sometimes a little longer depending on the carrier and your location. Once your order ships, you'll get a tracking link so you can follow it along the way.

  • If you need to make a change, write to us as soon as you can — we pack and ship quickly. If your order hasn't left yet, we'll do our best to sort it out.

  • Tracking sometimes takes a day or two to show movement after the first scan. If it's been more than a few days with no update, just drop us a message and we'll look into it.

Returns
Can I return my order?

If something isn't quite right, you have 14 days from the moment your order arrives to let us know. We accept returns on unused notebooks in their original condition. Just write to us first — we'll tell you where to send it and what to include.

Return shipping costs are covered by you, unless the issue is on our end.

How do I get a refund?

Once we receive the notebook and confirm it's in its original condition, we'll process your refund within a few business days. The money goes back to your original payment method.

What if it was a gift?

Write to us — we'll figure out something that works.

    Send us a photo of what you received and your order number. Either a replacement or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

About the notebooks
What are the notebooks made of?

Both notebooks use the same materials. The cover is Colorplan — a premium stock by GF Smith, known for its depth of colour and the way it feels in your hands. Substantial, but never stiff. A little give to it.

Inside, the paper is 100gsm — slightly textured, warm in tone. It works well with ballpoint, rollerball, and pencil. Fountain pen users — the paper holds up, though very wet nibs may show some bleed-through on the reverse side.

How many pages does each notebook have?

Flow Pages: to be confirmed. Gratitude Journal: to be confirmed.

Both notebooks open flat?

Yes. The binding is designed to lie flat at 180° — so you can write comfortably across the full spread without the pages pulling back.

What's the QR code inside for?

It takes you to a small online space we made to go alongside the notebook — writing practices, question starters, and a playlist. It's there if you want it. No login, no signup.

Where are the notebooks made?

In Europe. We chose our production partner carefully — for the quality of materials and the way they work.

Are the notebooks FSC certified?

To be confirmed.
