Flow pages

For me, Flow Pages brings together everything I love!

Clean pages with soft navigation that's easy on the eyes and don't impose structure or tell me how I should write. Room on the page gives me room in my head. I can spread out over pages and pages or jot down a short note, glue in a collage or a photo, add stickers, drawings, write vertically or horizontally. Endless scope to be creative, it's all right there, with nothing holding me back.

I love the paper quality and the color you chose (with the blue it was a total match for me from the start). It just so happens that for the past few years this color has felt very much mine, it's about breadth, depth and permission and it was a gift to myself, a way to notice all of this, welcome it, and thank myself for all the effort along the way.

The meaning put into the project itself, and into this notebook in particular, really resonates with me. Feels like the women behind it thought of everything, so the idea could come to life and reach someone who'd appreciate it. And I really do.

Curious to see what new colors and shapes come next.

No notebook, no planner has ever stuck with me for longer than a week. But this one I fill in with real pleasure. I've even taken it with me on a trip, which for me is unheard of.

I noticed the effect within the first week: I became more attentive to myself, to my feelings and emotions, to the finer shades of what's going on inside. The three scales turned out to be a total game changer. The first day I was a bit stumped: how am I even supposed to measure this? A few days later I could measure it down to the millimetre.

Gratitude is a popular practice, but it never stuck with me. Sitting down to tick a box and name ten gratitudes felt kind of pointless. But here you first get your thinking going, then you remember the day, then you measure it on the scale. And by the time you write out the gratitudes, you're already open, already ready.

I've always loved notebooks and am constantly buying beautiful ones. So when I first saw veridē, I knew right away that it was something incredibly special. And when I received the notebook, I was completely convinced. It's love. Love in every detail.

Every phrase, every page, the binding, the paper. You can feel how much love went into creating it and how much soul was poured into it. That feels so close to my heart.

I get so much joy just from looking at it, and writing in it is a whole separate pleasure. I simply adore it. And yesss, I was also planning to order a few notebooks as gifts for my loved ones.

A little disclaimer first!

I’m the kind of person who is absolutely head over heels for journals, diaries, notebooks, all of it — and honestly, I’ve lost count of how many I own 🙈

But being very ADHD-coded (self-diagnosed hehe), I’ve always struggled with consistency. I love writing my thoughts down, but doing it regularly? In one place? For more than a week? Welll… that’s not exactly my strongest skill lol

Veridē turned out to be a completely different story.

The thing I love most is that from the very first page, it basically tells you to forget all the rules about how you’re “supposed” to journal.

I’m a perfectionist and an overthinker, which usually means I turn even journaling into another thing I have to “do right.” What should I write? How much? Should it be meaningful?? Should I do it every day? And then, naturally, I stop doing it altogether.

With Veridē, that pressure just disappears 💔

There are these tiny gentle reminders everywhere that basically tell you: you’re fine, there’s no right way to do this, just be here. And it completely changes the whole experience 💔

I also love how much it actually “talks” to you. The daily questions, quotes, little recommendations and prompts make it feel so personal and warm — almost like the journal is having a conversation with you instead of just waiting for you to fill in blank pages.

And I think that’s what makes it such a beautiful tool for self-discovery — it helps you notice your life more, reflect on what’s happening inside you, and bring a little more joy, gratitude and awareness into everyday life without forcing any of it.

I definitely don’t use it every day — we’re not pretending to be perfect here — but it’s somehow become one of my favorite little evening rituals. I note down not only moments of gratitude, but also just good moments, random thoughts, things I suddenly realized, whatever happened to be in my head that day. I’ve turned it into my own little diary — something I can come back to at the end of the day and just leave a little piece of my life in ❤️
