Shipping policy

<p>We send every order from one of two places: the Netherlands or Spain. Which one depends on where you are, so your parcel travels the shorter way.</p>

<p><strong>Processing</strong><br>We pack and hand over orders within a few working days. Orders placed over a weekend or a public holiday go out on the next working day.</p>

<p><strong>Where we ship</strong><br>We ship across the European Union, and to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada and Australia.</p>

<p><strong>Rates</strong><br>European Union: €7 flat<br>United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, United States, Canada, Australia: €35</p>

<p><strong>Delivery times</strong><br>Delivery times vary by destination. The estimate for your address is shown at checkout, before payment. Orders outside the European Union take longer than orders within it. Once your order has shipped, the tracking link shows the current status.</p>

<p><strong>Tracking</strong><br>You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second one with a tracking link when your parcel is on its way. If your tracking hasn't moved in a while, write to us and we'll look into it.</p>

<p><strong>Customs and duties outside the European Union</strong><br>Orders going to the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, the United States, Canada or Australia may be subject to import duties, taxes or handling fees on arrival. These are set by your country, not by us, and they are not included in what you pay at checkout. The recipient is responsible for them.</p>

<p><strong>Addresses</strong><br>Please check your address before you confirm your order. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could receive it, we'll get in touch and arrange a new shipment. The cost of sending it again is on you.</p>

<p><strong>Lost or damaged parcels</strong><br>If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, email us at <a href="mailto:customercare@veride.world">customercare@veride.world</a> with your order number and a photo if there's something to show. We'll sort it out.</p>
