Refund policy

at veridē, we want you to feel good about what you bring into your everyday.

Right to withdraw
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. The item should be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

How to start a return
Email us at customercare@veride.world with your order number, and we'll guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping
If the return is due to a fault on our side — a wrong or damaged item — we cover the cost of return shipping. If you've simply changed your mind, the cost of return shipping is on you.

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds go back to your original payment method — depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to actually appear in your account.
