Terms of service
<p>These terms apply to every order placed through veride.world. By placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy policy, Refund policy and Shipping policy.</p>
<p><strong>1. Who we are</strong><br>veridē is operated by Kristina Hananeina in Haarlem, The Netherlands. <p><strong>2. Our products</strong><br>We sell notebooks and related stationery, along with online writing practices linked from inside them. We describe our products as accurately as we can, including materials, page count and dimensions. Colours may look slightly different on your screen than in your hands.</p>
<p><strong>3. Orders</strong><br>When you place an order, you make an offer to buy. The contract between us comes into being when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order, for example if an item is out of stock or if we cannot deliver to your address. If we decline after you have paid, we refund you in full.</p>
<p><strong>4. Prices and payment</strong><br>All prices are in euros. The price you see is the price you pay, with no VAT added. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order.</p>
<p><strong>5. Delivery</strong><br>Delivery terms, rates and estimated times are set out in our Shipping policy. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us.</p>
<p><strong>6. Your right to withdraw</strong><br>If you live in the European Union, you have 14 days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason. How to do this, and how refunds work, is set out in our Refund policy.</p>
<p><strong>7. Faulty items</strong><br>If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the rights given to you by law, including the statutory guarantee of conformity. Write to us and we'll repair, replace or refund. This sits alongside the 14-day withdrawal right, it doesn't replace it.</p>
<p><strong>8. Online writing practices</strong><br>Some of our products link to writing practices hosted online. We offer these as they are, for personal use. We may update or move them over time. They are not medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and they don't replace care from a qualified professional.</p>
<p><strong>9. Intellectual property</strong><br>The veridē name, our designs, texts, images and writing practices belong to us. You're welcome to use what you buy for yourself. Please don't copy, resell or reproduce our materials commercially without asking us first.</p>
<p><strong>10. Your privacy</strong><br>How we handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy policy.</p>
<p><strong>11. Law and disputes</strong><br>Dutch law applies to these terms. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you keep the protections of the law of the country you live in. If something goes wrong, please write to us first, we'd rather resolve it directly. You can also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform at <a href="https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr" target="_blank" rel="noopener">ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr</a>.</p>
<p><strong>12. Changes</strong><br>We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.</p>
